When our captain knew I didn't finish, she always encouraged me and took me to three people I didn't know to hug. In class, she always encouraged me to share my feelings. 4. work standards and the importance of mutual cooperation
In training, we have a back-to-back stand-up game. At the beginning, because I always thought that I was relying on my own strength to stand up, and in the middle, I thought that my ability was insufficient and it was impossible to stand up, so I made a fake again and again, and the result was that I failed again and again. The teacher asked the two teaching assistants to give a demonstration in the middle of the scene. According to the demonstration, both of them made their companions stand up. Later, we finally stood up successfully. Through this game, I realized the importance of standards. Just like our company, every department and every job position, there is no standard for work. Employees do not know what their work should be done to complete and do well. They set their own goals. Everyone only believes in their own abilities and does not cooperate with each other. How can they do their work well?
Through this training, I am deeply aware of my shortcomings and have a new understanding of myself. As long as the direction is right and through hard work, I will surely succeed!
