In order to improve the value of its own employees and strengthen the enterprise unity, combined with the actual situation of enterprise, Administration Department developed annual training plan. On July 5, the company organized to implement Practicing Management-System Execution Mode, and specially invited Lecturer Chang Cheng from New Business Group for the site teaching. Through this training, the employees had a more profound understanding on details management and execution of the enterprise.
